Website Management Questions
How much does website management cost?
Website management is $100 per month and is included with our Website Design plan ($300 setup + $100/month). If you are on the Website + Growth plan at $300/month, management is already bundled in along with SEO, AEO, GEO, and blogging.
Do you manage WordPress sites too?
We can, but we usually recommend moving off WordPress. Most of what a WordPress care plan bills for — plugin updates, theme updates, malware cleanup — does not exist on a React site because there are no plugins or admin logins to exploit.
How fast are content updates?
Routine text, image, and link updates are typically handled the same business day. New pages and larger layout work are scheduled and quoted inside your plan before we start.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Management is month to month, and your pricing is locked in at the rate you signed up at.
What happens if my site goes down?
Monitoring alerts our team immediately, day or night. Static pages continue serving from the CDN even during an origin issue, so most incidents are invisible to visitors.
Do I still own my website?
Yes. You own your domain, your content, and your site. We do not hold anything hostage — if you leave, we hand off the build.
